In general, there are very few people you can trust when it comes to Google SEO and delisting. Those that you can trust, you probably cannot afford! So trust yourself. Become your own webmaster! Do not leave your future in the hands of someone else who, if wrong, will just move along to another job and consider your website a "learning experience." You don't have to go back to college to learn programming. You don't have to attend classes, although you might find some classes that would be helpful. However, spend the time to study Google, beginning with their Guidelines. Do a web search and read everything you can find. Read Mat Cutts' Blog.
