Of course, as you can imagine, Doc was initially in shock. Then anger set in. And, finally, Doc, started to study Google, its listing and delisting behavior, it's indexing practices, and its policies. He then came up with a plan of action. Initially, Doc thought that the delisting was "not fair" and wanted revenge via legal action. After a while, he realized that litigation would not solve his problem. Litigation would take a very long time to complete, even if he were to prevail. As Doc studied the situation, he came to a number of conclusions, after mentally placing himself in Google's position. That is when he developed a plan of action that led to Google reincluding his website in Google's index. It should be noted that this entire process, from discovery to reinclusion, took a total of only twenty days. I want to reiterate, "litigation would have been useless!" While it might yield some satisfaction in the future, it would do absolutely nothing for getting my website reindexed, and reinclusion in Google's index was necessary for the website to again supoort my family. And to top it off, he realized that Google would probably win, but if Google didn't, it still could to drag out a long and expensive law suit.
